JFTT operates the Workforce app. This policy describes how that app records jobs, time, expenses, equipment, photos, quotations, invoices, and team access.
The app stores account email and password with Supabase Authentication. Business records, including invoices, credit notes, payments, time entries, and photos, are stored for that business. Photos and receipts stay in private storage.
Owners and admins of a business can see the records for that business. Employees see the jobs, time, and photos their role allows. Customer email addresses entered on a job or quotation are stored so the business can contact that customer. Customer email from the app stays off until the business domain is verified.
You can delete your login from Account in the app. Deletion removes your profile name and phone, signs you out, and disables the login. Invoices, payments, time entries, and other shared business records stay with the business.
